Vendor Rules

 Parking:

• Parking will be assigned upon arrival.

• When the staff comes around to collect payment for your spot, please have your money ready. This is a flea market, not a free market. Payment is required at the time of collection; we do not wait for you to make money before paying.

 Pricing:

• One standard common spot: $30

• A truck with a trailer is considered two spots: $50

Vehicles:

• Only one vehicle per spot. If you have two vehicles, you will be charged for two spots.

• A second vehicle may not drop off items at your spot. This will be considered a second spot and charged accordingly.

  • Exception: Table-only drop-offs may be allowed but will be inspected.

 General Courtesy & Conduct:

• Please respect our property. No littering—all trash must be taken with you. What you bring in, you take out.

• No loud music, swearing, or screaming.

• Please respect the bathrooms and clean up after yourselves.

• No animals, firearms, or illegal items may be sold. Violators will be asked to leave.
